DeArmond Pickup Rewinds

Here’s recent batch of Dearmond pickups that needed rewinding. Although the design and construction of these pickups are similar, they use different coil wire and number of winds. The Hershey Bar type is a particular challenge to wind because it does not have a rigid top on the bobbin. Both style require removal of the original rivets and new rivets installed to attach the cover. I have not found a source for nickel rivets in the proper dimensions so I made them on the lathe.
